任职条件：
1、大专或以上学历；
2、外形端庄秀丽，言行举止大方；
3、待人接物热情得体，具有良好的个人综合素质；
4、有时间观念，能在领导要求的时间内完成交待的任务；
5、熟练运用WORD、EXCEL等办公软件；熟悉办公用品管理；
6、工作积极主动，做事仔细、认真、有条理
7、良好的英文听说读写能力
8、英语或法语专业毕业生佳

工作内容
1. 负责前台服务热线的接听和电话转接，做好来电咨询工作；
2. 负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，保持良好的礼节礼貌；
3. 对客户的投诉电话，及时填写登记表，并于第一时间传达到客户服务团队，定期将客户投诉记录汇总提交；
4. 负责公司办公用品的采购和库存整理
5. 负责公司的酒店，机票，车辆的预订
6. 员工考勤记录
7. 配合部门内部其他的行政或人事工作。
