工作职责：
1、负责商务信息的发布和跟进并及时向上司反馈；
2、协助部门进行招投标工作和项目跟进事宜；
3、协助部门总监按客户进度要求对设计师进行工作任务安排、设计进度监督和反馈；
4、负责应收账款管理，催收各种旧账、死账之款项；
5、负责信息资料收集、整理、分析，并撰写成有效的市场报告。

岗位要求：
1、商务英语、市场营销、工商管理及相关专业毕业，大专以上学历；
2、良好的中英文表达能力、倾听理解能力和逻辑思维能力；
3、工作细心、责任心强，配合度高，有悟性；
4、形象气质佳，综合素质高，亲和力强，良好的职业操守；
5、一年以上商务助理/秘书类英文环境工作经验优先。
