Job Description / 工作职责:
1. Responsible to daily operation executed in a satisfactory level to internal and external customers;
2. Recruit and construct a team who is to capable to perform high standard operation;
3. Set up clear standard operation procedure to daily job, solid experience preferred;
4. Familiar with Customs Supervision Warehouse / Bonded Warehouse operation and its related customs regulations, solid experience preferred;
5. Constantly review and try to improve lead time, manage and optimize cost, ensure the safety of the goods and the personnel in warehouse;
6. Able to handle seasonal projects in certain period, within a capability to budget the resource investment;
7. Other warehouse general issue;

Job Requirements / 职位要求:
1. University graduate or equivalent.
2. 6 years or above experience in warehouse operation, with 2 year at managerial role preferred;
3. Knowledge in high secure environment, safety and security management;
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese could be an advantage;
5. Proficiency in MS office / Excel;
6. Strong leadership and communication skills;
7. Self-motivation with a strong analytical mind;
8. Able to maintain good performance under pressure.
