1. 熟悉海运进出口流程及操作，熟悉清关与查验流程，具备单证、货代、报关、报检、口岸操作、海运集装箱运输等进出口贸易知识；订舱、装柜、拖车、报关、补料、提单、收付款等一条龙操作事宜

  Fmiliar with import and export operation process, customs clearance and  inspection process, with documents, freight forwarders, customs declaration,  inspection declaration, port operation, shipping container transport and other  import and export trade knowledge; booking, container loading, trailer, customs  declaration, replenishment, B/L, payment and other operation matters.

    

2. 与不同航空公司代理/船公司合作，询价、找合适价格，对接海外代理进行报价。

  Collaboration with different airline agents/shipping lines, held negotiation  and pricing.

    

3. 负责系统录入，文件整理等工作。

    

 Responsible  for system input, documentation, etc.

  4. 控制物流流程的质量，严格控制运输时间

  Controlling the quality of the logistical procedures, strictly control of the  transit time.

  5. 按时完成上级领导交办的工作。

  Complete the work assigned by leaders on time.

    

    

岗位要求：

    

1. 大专以上学历

    

College degree or above.

    

2. 至少5年国际货代公司相关工作经验

    

Five years work experience on operation supervisor position at international logistics company.

    

3. 英语口语流利，写作能力强

    

Correspondence in Chinese and English languages (with good writing skills).

    

4. 熟悉办公软件，精通制表

    

Microsoft  programs (Word; Outlook; Especially Excel at high level).

  5. 反应快，善于沟通协商，行动能力强，注重细节和团队合作精神

    

Think fast, negotiation and communication skills and team working.

    Responsibility  oriented on details with high motivation.
