Job Responsibility:

• Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect materials and services
• MRO supplier sourcing, pricing benchmarking & negotiation and supplier selection
• Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated in workflow
• Keeping the MRO material Prices accurate and updated in workflow
• Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
• Daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand.
• Support MRO manager on evaluation and qualification of suppliers for integrated commodities.
• Support ACH-P-MRO manager on price negotiation for integrated items
• MRO Process control, drafting, review, publishing, cascade to all plants etc.
• Supply base control of MRO nationwide/consolidation, and supplier master data maintenance
• Contract negotiation and signing

Other task assigned by Manager of MRO, and VPs

Educational Background

College， bachelor degree or above preferred

Requirements

• At least 5 years working experience in MRO Sourcing
• Working experience in manufacturing environment, automotive industry preferred
• Knowledge about basic financial, Logistic, trade compliance and international procurement.
• Knowledge about jig/fixture, material, design, machining….etc
• Knowledge of cost breakdown analysis (MRO level)
• Good logic and systematic, risk control awareness, result oriented, strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication skills, especially for cross functions.
• Excellent negotiation skill
• Pro-active working attitude
• Good at working task prioritization
• Fluent English both in writing and speaking

• ERP knowledge and applications, MfgPro-QAD preferred.
• Experience in new facility set up and CAPEX sourcing and procurement.
