Job Responsibilities:

-In conjunction with the Division QAs and other Regional/BU organizations, to guarantee the information and support to the customer in terms of quality.

-Responsible for quality supports to a Global key customer located in South China.

-Liaison with customer and internal parties mainly Division and plant Quality to investigate the product quality related complaints raised from customer in the territory;

-Coordinate and monitor the progress, and work with other parties namely Sales, Marketing and Application to manage the situation in an acceptable manner and minimizing the impact to the customer.

-Managing all customer environmental queries. Work closely with related personnel to ensure customers queries are answered accordingly and timely.

-Managing and organizing special activities for customers such as factory tours or audits to ST's plants

 - 负责为位于华南地区的一家全球主要客户提供高质量的支持

 - 与客户及内部各方联络（主要是产品部和工厂质量部门），以调查客户提出的产品质量相关投诉

 - 协调和监控进度，并与销售，营销和应用等其他方面合作，以可接受的方式管理情况，并最大限度地减少对客户的影响

 - 管理所有客户环境查询。与相关人员密切合作，确保客户的查询得到及时及时的回答

 - 为客户管理和组织特殊活动，例如工厂参观或ST工厂的审核

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree holder in Electronics / Manufacturing / Semiconductor

-Proficient in the knowhow and implementation of Quality monitoring and measurement tools such as FMEA, SPC, SBL, etc...

-Familiar with international quality and environmental standards such as ISO9001, ISO14001, RoHS, REACH, ISO/TS16949, JEDEC,...etc.

-Familiar with SMD and PCBA manufacturing processes

-Familiar with failure analysis processes and 8D methodology

-Fluent in both written and spoken English.

-Frequent travel and willing to travel on ad-hoc basis

-4-7 years of working experience in supporting or handling customer quality related matters.

-Experience in supporting multinational customer is an added value

 - 流利的英语书面和口语 

 - 经常旅行并愿意临时旅行 

 - 4-7年的支持或处理客户质量相关事宜的工作经验 

 - 优先考虑有支持跨国客户的经验
