Main Responsibilities:

1. Innovation & Renovation

Assist with the planned innovation development and renovation relaunch through project management to safeguard launch on time. Specifically in: 

- Drive the overall project through collaboration with relative stakeholders

- Lead and maintain IIM and renovation process in system

- Lead importation product registration collaborating with cross functional team

- Assist with artwork design or lead design adaption with agency

2. Brand Strategy & Communication

Assist with Brand strategy and communication related projects. Specifically in: 

- Monitoring category trends and competitors initiatives on regular basis

- Support integrated brand communication plan landing through BTL activity management of: 

？ POSM material development

？ Special pack (VAS) development

？ GWP development

？ Sampling (FG) application 

3. BAU Management

Assist with business as usual related tasks, specifically in: 

- Marketing spending related process management

- Price list application and maintenance

- Master Data application and maintenance

- NART/ GTIN application, maintenance, & tracking

- Administrative support for the team

Qualifications:

? Bachelor Degree or above; 

? Fluent English communication skills

? 1-2 year related working experience

? FMCG working background, personal/face care experience is preferred

? Down-to-earth, strong ownership, supportive and collaborative

Main KPIs:

OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery of dedicated projects

Key Interfaces:

Internal: Global Business Unit, Regional Marketing, Consumer Insights, Media, Digital MKT, EC, Trade marketing, Finance; Procurement; Product Registration, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal/RA

External: Agency
