职位描述
1. Establish a highly effective Sales Management function for Northern China
a. Build on Northern China sales management function to support Northern China Sales Operations
b. Analytics to measure the effectiveness of Sales Management at local market including:
c. Ensure revenue figures between SF and Finance (actual) are matched up at 95% or more & all pipeline forecast are accurate each month for Finance reporting
2. Drive an effective business development process and pursuit management process in partnership with business lines leaders in Northern China.
? Drive Norther China Top 10 pursuit process and partner with ‘Pitch Management’ and ‘Client Care’ to ensure the principles of ‘Finishing First’ are actively followed for all key pursuits
? Leverage business data to facilitate business planning process to drive growth initiatives in region
? Leverage SF to facilitate collaboration across business lines and geographies
? Ensure all the rules of engagement for SF are strictly followed for business analysis & BD process
? Attend all management meetings to have an overall understanding of the key BD initiatives for each business lines, drive collaboration or provide support wherever necessary
3. Establish a highly effective producer workforce:
a. Ensure quality team/broker debriefs are conducted and ensure teams/brokers have business plans .
b. Partnership with L&D and Pitch Management to champion "Finishing First" process
initiate different training session to ensure producers are well equipped and fully informed including: pitch & presentation skills, case studies & success stories sharing, D&T tools, market and sector trends
c. Work with HR partners to identify underperformers and provide support to help them with their BD initiatives and pipeline build up
d. Initiate workshops between business lines in order to have better understanding of all business lines service scopes and strengthen relationships and trusts between stakeholders
e. Work towards an effective Sales Platform (Pitch Management, Client Care, MarCom, Research) in Northern China.
4. Technology:
a. Lead the adoption of Salesforce at all times
participate in UAT and provide SF training or refresher course whenever necessary
b. Work with APAC Sales Management and D&T to enhance important tracking functions: RFP tracker, Referral tracker for Northern China
c. Partner with D&T team to facilitate the planning and deployment of GRID role out.
d. Work with MarCom & D&T team to facilitate the planning and deployment of Public Listing platform
e. Facilitate A&T to leverage on external tools such as "Floored", Sequentra, Portfolio Optimizer, TransAct, Dimension wherever applicable.
5. Special projects:
a. Focus on business development & collaborative initiatives in Northern China. Work closely with Christina Liu to drive business and change structure.
b. Support special projects as instructed by Northern China Managing Director / GC Head of Sales Management as required.
