Major Tasks & responsibilities:

• Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements; aligning scheduling priorities across multiple teams and senior level personnel;
• Translating the customer (RFID) requirements into an (external and/or internal) Statement of Work
• Being the direct internal goto person for RFID program related questions;
• Internal program coordination, setting up planning with Customer/Sales reps and internal departments;
• Maintain the project plan with input from the departments and reporting into Global RFID Director and regional Sales, by occasion into customer on a regular basis;
• Contribute to the development of new RFID products and production methods;
• Keeping track of RFID standards- and product developments in the market;
• Provide written reports and summaries of development project and tasks. Manages the technical RFID documentation.
• Prepare and organize events such as VIP visit, global meeting etc.
• Proactive and effective communication with different departments and cross function team (global+ regional + county) for smooth communication and coordination.
• Support ad hoc assignments when necessary.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor degree;
• 3-5 years of experience supporting senior management in a fast-paced working environment;
• Fully competent in use of MSOffice, esp. Excel and PPT;
• Be able to prioritize workload quickly and effectively;
• Skills on the data consolidation and analysis;
• Good report writing skills;
• Experience with project management/coordination
• Experience in the packing and labeling industry is a pre
• Analytical, goal oriented and driven to come with hands on solutions;
• Hands on approach with a high degree of persistence
• Excellent written and oral command of Chinese and good/very good in English.
• Knowledge of another language is a pre.
