Key Responsibilities

· Work with vertical sales team, to initiate local sales plan based on national strategies and execution.

· 根据全国的市场策略，制定区域内的销售策略并执行；

· Visit key account customers to deeply understand their needs and questions, and provide timely feedback and solutions to customers.

· 和重点客户建立并保持沟通，以充分了解市场并对客户的问题提供及时反馈和解决；

· Identify new market opportunities and develop new customers.

· 识别新的市场机会并开拓发展新的客户；

· Identify new potential project opportunity and lead cross functional team to work out solutions to get projects on board which include project evaluation, project allocation for RFID/Heat Transfer and Anti-Counterfeit etc.

· 识别新的客户项目机会，并针对项目进行评估，后续跟进并提供技术和商务方面的支持以确保RFID/热转印以及防伪标签项目成功落地；

Requirements/Qualifications

· Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or another technical discipline or Economics/Business degree.

· 工程或者商业相关专业大学本科以上学历；

· Experience in label & packing, RF , garment industry, general manufacturing, or other B2B sales required.

· 在标签包装、RF、成衣、通用制造、或其他B2B领域有销售经验；

· 3+ years’ experience in sales ,especially china for china market with successful track record

· 有业3年以上的销售(内销)工作经验；

· Experience with RFID, Heat Transfer and Anti-counterfeit a plus.

· 有相关RFID、热转印以及防伪标签的经验者优先；

· Technical knowledge a plus.

· 有相关技术知识优先；

· Good communication skill, High team spirit

· 良好的客户沟通技巧，高度的团队协作精神；

· Create and deliver timely sales reports including progress reports and opportunity assessments.

· 及时制作和提供销售报告，包括进度报告和机会评估；

· Good negotiation skills and ability and close contracts.

· 良好的谈判技巧和能力，完成合同签署；

· Experience in independently negotiating and signing contracts.

· 有独立谈判和签署合同的经验

· Willing to travel frequently适应经常出差；

· Accomplished in MS Office application (Excel, PPT, etc.)

· 擅长微软办公软件

· English reading and writing required, spoken skills preferred

· 要求英语读写能力，有良好的口语能力更佳
