Objective: to build an active community by managing Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more

Major Responsibilities:

  

• Interact with the community in a creative way to boost social media engagement and grow the fan base

• Analyze relevant data on a daily basis to monitor the community performance and trends

• Work closely with the customer support team to develop good customer relationship

• Collect and organize customer feedback for the product team to improve the product roadmap and design

Requirements:

• 1 year relevant working experience, internship experience is acceptable;

• Strong interesting and passion in hardware/electronics marketing

• Excellent at creativity and project implementation;

• Be enthusiastic in user interaction

• Be able to think independently, critically and logically

• Great coordination and communication skills

• Must have good written and spoken communication skills in English

• Have a certain understanding of American culture
