外贸客服助理（英语） Customer service assistant

Customer Service(CS) department is responsible for dealing with all kinds of supporting issues and ensuring that every customer will be satisfied whenever he/she contacts us. This involves working closely with all other teams to accurately report the problems and find right solutions accordingly. There are some straightforward indicators to evaluate the performance of this department.

Key Duties

• Provide prompt and adequate solutions to all ordering-related enquires from customers by emails
• Co-ordinate with internal departments for all customer related activities such as product enquiries, technical support, order processing and delivery status etc
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, maintain good feedback from customers
• Write standard instructions/documents for common issues

Education and Language Requirements:

• Degree Holders in English or Business Related Disciplines
• Good command of written English. TEM-8 or CET-6 with score higher than 500 or other equivalent level

Skills and Experiences:

• Co-operative, willing to take responsibilities
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and service-oriented mindset;
• Strong problem solving skills to work out alternative solutions and recommendations;
• Experience in online trading is preferred
