Duties and Tasks

Responsible for providing back-office support to the Cluster including answering telephone, email and fax enquiries, issuing quotations and preparing documentation;

向检测部提供多方面的后台支持，包括接听电话，收发邮件及传真，发送报价单及整理相关文件；

Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the existing customer base with a view of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention;

发展及保持与现有客户的良好关系；

Monitoring the projects according to pre-defined procedures.

根据预定的流程，监测项目的情况。

Competences and Skills

Familiar with FCM, RoHS and other restricted Chemical testing requirements for consumer goods;

熟悉FCM,RoHS和其他消费品化学测试;

At least 5 years working experience in 3rd party Chemical labs;

至少5年第三方测试行化学实验室经验;

Technical background of testing for FCM will be preferred;

有FCM经验者为佳;

Able to work independently and efficiently.

能独立工作;

Pleasant personality and good communication skills;

积极开朗，善于沟通；

Detail-oriented with strong sense of quality;

注重质量和细节；

Good in Mandarin and English (Cantonese and other languages are added advantage).

良好的普通话及英语表达；若能说粤语及其他语言，优先考虑。
