包装工程师职位将根据全球战略支持亚洲采购办公室的增长、质量和生产力计划。包装工程师负责包装项目的策划、执行和控制，使我们的产品质量达到100%，并及时按照包装标准执行。作为主题专家，他/她还将被要求与跨职能团队以及供应商和制造商合作，以解决包装缺陷和问题，支持日常项目事务。他将以深圳为基地，向包装经理汇报工作

主要职责:

1、按照包装标准和标准操作程序在ASO执行包装项目

2、使用产品入职系统识别包装任务/项目，并与供应商、服务供应商和内部团队合作进行计划和执行

3、评审/开发用于进行采购前测试的包装测试协议

4、审核包装服务提供商的测试报告，即PPT报告

5、与供应商/SP合作，识别CAPA并推动CAPA的关闭

6、利用包装专业知识和经验，推动价值创造项目和包装可持续性

7、与供应商、工厂、服务供应商和包装供应商审查和解决包装问题。

8、培训服务供应商和供应商的包装标准和更新的要求

9、学习/发展包装知识和专业知识

10、通过定期审核管理服务供应商和包装供应商的绩效。

任职资格：

1、包装或相关专业本科及以上学历

2、3-5年包装印刷相关工作经验

3、在质量保证和质量控制方面有深入的知识

4、良好的项目管理经验和组织能力

5、了解以下领域:

·5.1、多个包装材料,这样像波纹一样,塑料,木头,等等,

·5.2、包装结构设计和包装测试

6、积极的“可以做”的态度去尝试和解决任何问题

7、工作积极主动，责任心强，敬业精神强

8、有家居及零售行业工作经验者优先

9、独立完成项目并最终完成

10、具有良好的执行和按时交付的能力

11、熟练使用Microsoft Office (Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Access)、设计软件

12、跨职能沟通能力-英语/普通话-口语/书面-电脑

Position Description:

The Packaging Engineer position will support the growth, quality and productivity initiative in Asia sourcing office in line with global strategy. The Packaging engineer will be responsible in planning, executing and controlling the packaging projects so that we have 100% quality and timely execution in line with packaging standards. As a subject matter expert, he/she will be also required to support daily project transactions by working with cross functional teams and also with suppliers and manufactures to resolve the packaging defects and issues. He will be based out of Shenzhen and will report to the packaging manager

Major Responsibilities:

- Execute the packaging projects in ASO in line with the packaging standards and Standard Operation Procedures

- Identify the Packaging tasks/projects using product onboarding system and work with suppliers, Service providers and internal team in planning and executing them

- Review/develop the packaging Test Protocol for conducting Pre purchase testing

- Review the test reports from services providers for packaging namely PPT report

- Work with Suppliers/SP and identity the CAPA and drive to close the CAPA actions

- Drive value creation projects and packaging sustainability by using packaging expertise and experiences

- Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, factories, service providers, and packaging vendors.

- Train the Service providers and suppliers on the packaging standards and updates as required

- Learn/develop the packaging knowledge and expertise

- Manage Service provider and packaging supplier performance by conducting regular audit.

Qualifications：

- Bachelor degree or above in Packaging or others

- 3-5 years experiences of packaging and printing related field

- In depth knowledge in quality assurance and quality control

- Good project management experience and organization skills

- Knowledge of the following areas:

· Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc.,

· Packaging structure design & Packaging test

- Positive “can do” attitude to try and solve any problem

- Self-starter, high responsible and dedicated

- Experience in the Home Improvement and retail industry preferred

- Independently sees projects through to an end result

- Proven ability to execute and deliver on time

- Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), design software

- Cross function communication skills – English / Mandarin – Oral / Written – Computer
