岗位职责:

－与顾问合作进行对所在行业、公司以及职位的分析，参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案；

－需要大量的寻访工作，不仅依靠传统网站进行人才搜索，更多的是主动利用各种途径进行人才搜索；

－对相关候选人分类、整理，对简历做初步筛选；

－用各种渠道快速寻访候选人后，通过陌生电话进行初步沟通和评估；

－提供候选人评估和推荐报告，向顾问推荐，并安排其和顾问面试；

－需要熟练并积极操作公司内部系统，及时将候选人信息输入系统;

岗位要求:

1、全日制本科学士学位以上；

2、良好的人际沟通技巧，注重细节；

3、具有良好的抗压能力和紧迫感，并能够在规定的期限内完成公司给与的任务；

4、成熟，良好的逻辑思维并以结果为导向；

5、具有工业、汽车及其零配件、教育、零售等行业背景或兴趣爱好者优先考虑；
