职位描述
Accountabilities
Maintains a breadth of knowledge and demonstrates depth in two or more program areas within total rewards and incentive design fields
Independently manages projects, including design and application of diagnosis frameworks and methodologies for meeting client needs
Manages own time and monitors time of others on particular projects to deliver work to deadlines
Prepares proposals (including estimates of time-cost required, project timetables, and method of delivery), client presentations and reports
Develops and implements strategies to lead business development in allocated sectors and program areas within Exec Rem - with new and existing clients
Maintains regular contact with clients and participates in client meetings to communicate project findings and proposals
Tracks personal budgets against project specifications and fees expectations, and manages project budgets
Establishes key relationships with a number of clients and manages/contributes to the management of these accounts
Program Areas
Areas of work will focus primarily on the total rewards and incentive design segment, including:
- Total reward strategy
- Executive Remuneration management
- Remuneration Reviews
- Short Term Incentive Plan Design
- Long Term Incentive Plan Design
In addition, the incumbent will contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions, supporting colleagues in other service segments (eg Broad Based Performance and Rewards, and Workforce Strategies), when required, including the following areas:
Job Evaluation using structured tools (e.g. points factor methodologies)
Market benchmarking and job pricing
Classification frameworks and systems
General Incentive Plans
Performance management
Organisation, leadership, workforce and attitudinal analytics and review
Competency and career frameworks
Requirements-
Bachelor Degree and above
Two to five years of relevant project management experience in total rewards and incentive design field
Project management experience; experience in data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a strong background in Excel
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs
