岗位职责

1. 负责对肿瘤基因组数据和临床数据进行科学研究。
2. 参与肿瘤相关二代测序诊断产品的开发。
3. 参与维护生物信息分析平台和数据库系统。

岗位要求

1. 具有主动精神，以结果为导向，主动发现并解决问题。
2. 生物信息学、数学、统计学、计算与信息科学等硕士或博士学位。
3. 熟悉常用编程语言及数据库，如Python, R, MongoDB, Linux Shell等。
具有NGS数据分析经验，最好具备人类基因组和肿瘤方面研究的经验。
