职位描述

Key Role & Responsibilities:


Star product launch / Product Management:

Plan, scale, and optimize new product launches:

- Handle Dior launch packages:

check product, POSM, GWPs forecasts and input into the app/system

- Develop localized 360 launch plans based on Regional marketing plan to maximize impact and sales through all related dimensions such as using operators’ digital tools and liaise with regional digital team

- Secure the full consistency of the 360 plans between potential, merchandising, sales, training, promotions, communication and the respect of the brand image

- Monitor product portfolio: make recommendations on product assortment and discontinuations with the support of Sales, Training and Regional teams


HPPs / Podiums:

- Build tailor made in-store activity calendar per region/city/counter to ensure ranking goal and business performance

- Help negotiate with operators and execute events in-store, includes HPP / outpost / Pop up store, Special event (VIP private event with operators), Display, etc.

- Secure consistent 360 for major event: BC speech, GWP, POSM, product focus…

- Post analyze event result and identify key learnings for future action plans


Special events and actions

- Organize and plan Marketing program, for New door openings, Boutique and Pop-ups

- For each Boutique openings and/or pop-ups, build together with sales, VM teams, training and Regional a strong 360 with adapted tools and means: Services, GWPs, customer experience, assortment …

- Organize and implement CRM actions in partnership with operators when relevant


Omni-Channel management:

E- Retail, social media, traffic generation and big-data with external and internal sources


Budget management:

- Responsible for event plan, allocation and budget follow up

- Responsible for regional Promotion plan and resources allocation

- Define promotion strategy to meet overall budget and specific regional business objectives down to each door


Market understanding and analysis

? Competitive Analysis

Monitoring competitors’ launches, activities, etc.

? Consumer Understanding

To understand Dior users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions, expectations

To understand competitive brand users and their satisfactions/dissatisfactions

To understand marketing trend

To be aware & familiar of the local market best practice, be able to translate into TR practice.

Be a force of proposal for specific TREX, Services that would be relevant for Chinese travelers, which would allow Dior to provide the best customer experience.

Technical skills:

? At least 5 years working experience in trade(retail) marketing, with filed sales experience is plus

? Excellent knowledge of trade(retail) marketing, branding and communications

? Excellent influencing skills, ability to impart knowledge and inspire others

? Strong organizing & coordination ability, able to consolidate company’s information & convert to competitive advantage in promotional material and programs

? Experience thriving in a rapidly changing environment, where innovation and creativity in generating ideas for quick response is crucial.

? Excellent level of English in oral, reading and writing

? Good in communication, presentation and negotiation skill

? Strong data sense and good analytical skill



Profile:

? University graduate, MBA preferred
