1、大专以上学历，机械、电子、机电一体化相关专业；

2、4年以上相关工作经验；

3、熟悉电子产品的结构和生产工艺流程，能够独立分析、解决生产加工过程中的相关工艺问题；

4、能够编制工艺文件，改进产品缺陷；

5、具备一定的学习能力和创新精神；

6、能看懂英文技术资料，熟练使用PROE/CAD绘图软件，熟悉结构者优先；

7、工作认真，具备良好的团队合作精神。
