Roles and Responsibilities:

? Provide DW / Open status summary for GC & SAPAC sales & marketing team review to track the DW progress vs the DW Most Likely / Target.

? Collaborate with different sales / marketing team to prepare for the monthly DW reviews to track Won / Open status and to help accelerate DW and to support follow-up actions.

? Discuss and consolidate with different sales / marketing team the monthly DW forecast.

? Providing ad hoc DW pipeline and conversion rate analysis to support sales/marketing team for better pipeline management and to improve DW to revenue conversion.

? Providing ad hoc revenue analysis with a linkage to existing DW pipeline in system to help sales/marketing team to drive revenue growth.

? Providing other ad hoc support, like SFDC account ownership change, help connect sales/marketing team with CMD team for SFDC assistance, etc,.

? Others

Qualifications and experience

? Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Engineering.

? Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft office applications (Excel, Powerpoint…), esp. Excel formula and pivot tables.

? Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.

? Experience in Semiconductors or Electronics Distribution is preferred.

? Good knowledge and experience in SFDC is a plus.

? 3 to 5 years experience.
