岗位要求：

1、2年销售助理，商务专员等工作经验优先

2、有较强的服务意识，随和并富有说服力，有良好的沟通、交流和团队合作能力

3、有ERP或OA等系统实际操作和使用经验，并且能熟悉操作办公软件（WORD\PPT\EXCEL）等

4、性格积极豁达，敢于挑战，具备分析、解决问题的能力，工作认真仔细、能够承受工作中的压力

 

岗位职责：

1、 负责销售相关文档管理，负责商务合同的履行，OA流程发起；

2、 负责跟踪项目实施进度，沟通协调项目执行过程中的突发事件；

3、 负责跟进项目验收情况，开票，对账，收款等事宜；

4、 负责合同归档，发票签收回执收集归档；

5、 负责投标的管理（资格预审、商务标书制作、标书的封装、打印等）；

6、 协助销售经理及商务经理日常工作，完成上级交代的其他事项；

7、 协助分公司完成总部资料流转，盖章，快递，数据录入，合同扫描存等事项；
