职能：

1. Understand the recruitment needs based on the business needs.

2. Understand the job requirements, prepare job descriptions.

3. Follow up with recruitment process, coordinate the interview arrangement.

4. Perform the candidates CVs screening, deliver the first round interviews.

5. Communicate effectively with external recruitment vendors, keep track on vendors performance.

Ad hoc assignments as required.

要求：

Knowledge:

Bachelor degree

Social media knowledge

Skills:

3+ years of HR experience, of which 2+ years head hunting experience in related industry preferred;

Strong capability to understand business operations quickly;

Good communication skills

Good negotiation skills

Job interview skills

Analytical skills

Good command of spoken and written English

Good PC skills

Self-driven and a team player

Result-oriented, positive and disciplinary
