深圳招聘

1、了解礼品行业，能独立开发新客户，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务，完成年度销售目标； 

  2、按时优质的完成礼品销售指标，根椐业务需要，制定相应的客户拜访计划，并提交业务跟进总结与报告， 

  3、有一定的客户资源;拥有行业大客户（大型中外企业、银行业、保险业、汽车业、通信业等）资源者优先考虑； 

  4、能与客户保持良好沟通，并能快速有效的处理客户提出的多方位需求； 

  5、准确把握客户需求，能提供有效的解决方案并予以实施，及时了解客户的反馈意见； 

  6、维护客情关系，不断了解客户服务或产品的卖点，满足其需求； 

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，为人正直，有良好的职业素养; 

  2、1年以上礼品行业销售经验； 

  3、良好的沟通技巧和人际交往能力，曾任职礼品公司，广告公司优先考虑； 

  4、具有较强的工作悟性，且能吃苦耐劳，工作积极主动，有责任心; 

  5、性格外向、反应敏捷、表达能力强，具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力； 

  6、有较强的组织协调、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，有强烈的竞争意识； 

  7、能够熟练操作办公软件。
