岗位职责：

1. 全面负责工厂物料来料检验、制程质量检验、巡检、出货检验工作落实；

2. 负责指导、监督下属检验人员的日常工作；

3. 负责推动制程质量不符合项的改进、跟踪、闭环等工作；

4. 质量文件、 记录、 检验报表、改善报告汇总审核；

5. 工厂各段质量不良的取证、调查、分析；

6、协助质量经理其它工作；

任职资格：

1.高中以上学历， 25-35岁；

2. 五年年以上手机、手机配件消费类电子产品工厂质量主管管理工作经验；

3. 熟悉工厂IQC\IPQC\OQC工作流程；

4. 品质意识强，指导、监督部门下属有序的工作能力；

5. 善于沟通， 较强的执行能力；

6. 工作认真负责， 积极主动，思维清晰，有吃苦精神；
