深圳招聘

1、负责公司出口商品的电商运营；

2、制定公司的品牌运营发展战略，组织协调电商部门执行丶实现公司的运营目标；

3、负责公司亚马逊平台的规划丶搭建与运营推广，提升公司品牌影响力，提高产品销售额；

4、负责各项电商运营数据的分析丶总结，及时达成各项运营指标，如：流量指标丶会员注册率指标丶页面点击率及转化率指标丶商品受欢迎度指标等等。

5、有效整合公司的内丶外部资源，通过合理的运营，提升产品市场占有率；

6、根据业绩、市场反馈等对运营项目进行监控和和数据分析，并指导市场推广和产品销售方案.

7、负责完成电子商务零售推广指标和销售指标。

任职资格

1、3年以上亚马逊电商行业运营经验；懂速卖通、eBay等其他外贸平台；至少2年团队管理经验.有自己的亚马逊资源，懂得如何提升销量与关键词排位。

2、了解平台政策和规定，熟悉3C数码、手机配件、时尚饰品、玩具、汽配、成人用品、家居等一系列品类，熟悉平台销售策略；

3、有战略前瞻意识，敏锐把握市场动向及发展机遇；

4、丰富的团队管理经验，能给团队成员个人成长的指导和空间，善于构建人才梯队建设。
