职位描述
Responsibilities-
Develop, research, draft, review, and edit customized employee health & benefits communication materials in plain language for targeted audiences utilizing various applications including MS Word, PowerPoint and interactive online media.
Develop customized communication strategies and work plans for clients, under the guidance of supervisor, by editing, proofreading, and composing initial draft documents and scripts; apply and implement applicable knowledge obtained through experience and research;
Interact with clients on a regular basis by answering questions, handling edits or changes, and providing requested materials over the phone, via e-mail or by attending client meetings.
Manage vendors effectively to produce the communication materials on time, ensure the quality of deliverable can meet client’s expectation
Develop and write original creative, high-quality and effective marketing material for internal and external communications and presentations to ensure quality and consistency of messaging.
Coordinate and create marketing materials for product/services launches, such as PPT, flyers, product/service/survey report brochures, etc.
Support internal communication project or marketing event when there is a request from marketing team by providing necessary technical assistance
Lead or work corporate marketing team to successfully implement marketing programs/initiatives that build the brand with key industries
Requirements-
Four or more years’ extensive experience in advertising company, corporate communications, preferably in general HR, compensation, benefits and policies fields or in marketing area.
Ability to develop innovative and effective communication strategies
Excellent organization and project management skills.
Proven track record in managing marketing activities and developing marketing materials, such as product brochures, news releases, etc.
Prior experience in client facing or marketing roles is preferred.
Strong command of MS Word and PowerPoint and online interactive media
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks within concurrent deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team.
Strong event management skills and ability to work across functions
