Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

Work with Senior Manager in Hong Kong to design and execute workflow re-engineering processes

Provide operation support on various activities related to Collection activities for HK Business

To ensure / improve operations effectiveness and KPIs;

Prepare reports and periodic analysis for regular management review

Assist in ad-hoc assignments and other administrative works

Provided clerical support to the team and supervisors

Operation and compliance risk management

1.Comply with respective Money Laundering Prevention Procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activities, and should report any suspicious activities to the respective Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer and line manager as well as directly to the Country MLPO in urgent or exceptional circumstances.

2.To ensure all the operational and service issues are properly managed.

3.Ensure all Regulatory, Group Policies are adhered to in the branch and proper risk controls are in place.

Selection Criteria:

1.Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure

2.Pleasant character with logical thinking

3.Knowledge in Collection Cycle and Bank's operational process & systems

4.Financially numerate with excellent Excel and PC skills

5.Solid working experience in Operation / RB Collections Process

6.Good standard in written English

7.Good communication and interpersonal skills
