职位描述
工作职责：
1、在策略框架及创意指引的基础之上，独立完成对地产项目视觉表达的创作；
2、以专业身份与客户进行良好沟通，充分领会客户的设计需求并与客户达成共识；
3、高效优质的完成公司分派的设计工作任务；
4、能熟练操作Photoshop、AI、CorelDraw等软件；
5、必须可常驻项目所在城市。
岗位要求：
1、年龄25-35岁，正规院校大专以上学历
2、至少三年以上大型公共建筑项目跟现场设计经验，拥有主题公园项目跟踪经验优先；
3、熟悉施工流程，对施工材料熟悉，了解各种相关专业图纸者优先；
4、能熟悉操作电脑CRP绘制施工图
5、能跑现场核对实际尺寸绘制更改施工图
6、能健小的效果模型，修改部分效果图。
7、做设计汇报资料。
