Be responsible for sales of Building Automation/HVAC Field Device and Lighting Control products in Shenzhen area and achieve sales target.

Responsibility:

1. In charge of BA/ HVAC Field Device and lighting control products in Shenzhen

2. Find out project information and follow up key projects in the end-user, System Integration and Design institute

3. Maintain close relationship with customers and partners

4. Cooperate with distributors and partners

5. Analysis market potential and competition information

6. Market promotion

Requirement – Must have:

1. At least 5 years sales experience on ELV business

2. Experience on working with System Integrators/Distributors to sell BA/ HVAC Field Device and Lighting control products

3. Strong communication skill

4. Good team work spirit, strong self-initiative

5. Good analytical, presentation, and key project sales skills

Education: Bachelor of engineering
