职位描述
Job description
1. Conduct electrical -and mechanical tests according to Standard EN/IEC 60335-1/-2, ErP regulation and performance standards.
按照测试标准进行安规测试，ErP测试和性能测试。
2. Conduct reliability test including transportation tests and live time tests according to Severin requirements and standard requirements.
根据要求进行可靠性，产品包装测试（振动跌落测试）和安排寿命测试。
3. Collect and evaluate technical documents, which are relevant for the product.
收集整理产品相关的技术文档。
4. Arrange meetings with Supplier to discuss technical problems to speed up the improvement process and push the project status.
和供应商讨论测试中相关的技术问题提出整改意见，催促项目进度。
5. Issue a test report based on the conducted tests. Distribute test reports to Severin in SHENZHEN, Germany and Hong Kong.
完成测试并发送报告。
6. Get confirmation about Technical- or Production Release form Laboratory leader.
与实验室负责人确定产品的技术/生产释放。
7. Prepare photo documentation after production has been released.
完成产品图片文档。
8. Issue QC documents for external QC inspections.
制作产品验货要求。
9. Join QC inspection of Severin Asia for first production of the products tested before.
首次生产确认。
10. Supervise Assistant Engineers and technicians in all technical aspects of daily work and provide the training to them.
管理助理工程师和技术员，并提供工作培训。
11. Discuss the technical problems and project status with Lab Germany.
同德国实验室讨论技术问题和项目进度。
12. Handle and follow up the failed points during product certification and feedback from customers.
处理和跟进产品认证中的问题和客户反馈的问题。
13. Other tasks.
上级安排的其他工作。
Requirement
1. Familiar with testing standard like EN60335;
2. Familiar with testing of small household electric appliances,like coffee maker, vacuum clears, etc.
3. Proactive working attitude, team player;
4. Good at writting and reading in English, fluent speaking English.
