POSITION SUMMARY: Be responsible for plant facilities operation and maintenance, To ensure plant facilities to be running in good condition within budget. Follow up new project or renovation work. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: 1.To contribute self share and meet company’s requirements at area of cost, efficiency, safety, 5S and quality; 2.To manage technician’s work for facility utility; 3.To support facility manager for cost control, follow up cost down project; 4.Follow up facility new or renovation project and installation quality control; 5.To manage and monitor suppliers’ work in plant, ensure supplier comply with relevant regulation; 6.To coordinate with production for new equipment installation and equipment re-layout; 7.To coordinate the job related to ISO9000 & TS16949 standard; 8.Follow the EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) Policy and system. 9.Comply with the EHS procedures, instructions and orders. MAIN FINANCIAL AND MANAGERIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Turnover, P&L, Productivity of industrial & manufacturing equipment, manpower under his/her responsibility) 1.Annual review for plant facility maintenance technician; 2.To stop any illegal operations or activities to the facilities; 3.To secure the facility equipments uptime > 99.99%; 4.Achieve the cost down target every year; 5.Good performance at supplier control and project quality control. EDUCATION (Qualifications obtained in the course of formal education and/or training) Equal or above college, mechanical or electrical engineering background; EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 1.Above 6 years related work experience with engineering background; 2.Above 3 years managerial experience; 3.Good communication and team work skills; 4.Be familiar with TS16949.
