• 订单顺序，达到产能最优化
• Order scheduling based on capacity /supply/customer request date, commit CSD to OME team, ensure good OTDP & OTDR.
• 产能、材料供应、客户需求排配订单生产计划，回复交期至OME团队，保证良好的交货率和客户需求达成率
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production output VS planning target, with clear root cause input
• 每天、每周、每月的生产产出与计划之间的差异，并记录根本原因
• Customer focus, try best to meet customer request, especial for rush orders.
• 客户需求，尽最大努力满足客户需求，尤其是客户急单
• Follow up daily shipment plan to drive production to finish as per planning schedule
• 跟进每天的出货计划，主导生产按计划完成产出
• Daily meeting with production and material handling team to have a big picture of production in terms of out put/issues/blocking points, escalation to the right person to remove the blocking points.
• 与生产和物料组一起关注生产的产出情况／问题／障碍点，将问题反馈至对应的责任人将问题解决
• Optimize planning tools
• 优化计划工具
• 其它支援 other support
• Assist Planning Supervisor to support the team when needed
• 主管支援团队，解决团队队员工作中出现的问题
• Support production to clean up WIP (E.g overs)
• 生产清除在制半成品库存（比如：过量产品）
• ERP improvement when required.

5 years or above equivalent working experiences in order planning and processing in manufacturing

熟悉订单计划/订单处理/ERP系统

Skillful in reporting with Excel/Word/PPT

非常熟练的使用excel/work/PPT做报告

Knowledge of smart card is preferred
