W. L. Gore & Associates (Shenzhen) is seeking for self-starting, motivated individuals with Bachelor of Science or Higher Degree level qualifications in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Chemical and Textile.

Ideally applicants should already have around 2+ years of practical experience in engineering or technology roles within an international company, along with an interest in the outdoor activities (mountain sports, running, cycling, etc.) and gears. This program will provide you a further opportunity in developing your career in Product innovation, Functional Leadership, or deep Science and Technology areas.

Successful candidates will have opportunities to perform and learn at regional or global environment in W. L. Gore. Those who are proved competent will gain the opportunities in experiencing multiple functional areas (e.g. R&D, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, etc) during the initial stage of your career. An individual's development paths will be tailored by business needs and individual interests and strengths. W. L. Gore will provide comprehensive guidance and support to help your development, e.g. Personal Development Plan, Mentoring, Position Rotation, Training, Project Leading opportunity and so on.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor and above degrees in engineering, applied science, Chemical and Textile.
• 2+ years working experience in multi-national, technology based industry.
• Proven capability in applying the knowledge to manufacturing processes and product design
• Strong team player, taking the initiative, setting priority, and excellent ability to work effectively with a broad range of functional teams
• Hands on problem solving skills
• Openness and be willing to take challenges, self-starting, self-motivated
• Ability to learn quickly
