1. Assist channel marketing team to coordinate events, marketing communications, collateral management, OEM marketing, channel marketing and digital marketing

2. Support quotes sourcing, and eventual purchase order and contract administration –track/record/ follow up channel Marketing MDF & OPEX spending & PO etc.   

3. Lead campaign creation, leads upload and reports – maintain data base management in China region

4. Manage giveaways and collaterals, from sourcing to quotes, to production, localization and distribution

5. Ensure integrity of channel marketing contacts database 

6. Manage the last-mile execution of marketing events and activities, product launches, etc.  

7. Liaise with corporate art team on national graphic design needs where necessary

8. Where necessary, coordinate efforts of third party marketing services providers such as creative agencies, events agency and suppliers

9. Keep channel marketing activities trackers & coordination in administrative works
