职责描述：

? Help build engineering process for efficient implementation of AEM projects

? Be in charge of website development based on Adobe AEM platform

? Be the point person for implementation strategies based on business requirements, long-term strategy, and creative design.

? Provide technical guidance to junior AEM developers around best practices in AEM development – both back-end and front-end execution

? Be hands-on with the code when needed

? Provide architectural guidance/input around server environment configuration, clustering, caching, CDN usage, security, etc.

任职要求：

? 5+ years of AEM / CQ platform experience in developing Components, Templates, Widgets, OSGI, JCR, Apache Sling, Adobe Cloud Service Integrations, External Integrations (with DB, Web services and other WCMs & DMS), Workflows, Socialization Framework, Packages.

? Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling and personalization.

? Proven experience in design and development of enterprise systems as part of a complete software product lifecycle.

? Demonstrated ability to use common Java design patterns and a working knowledge of AEM best practices.

? Strong experience in development of Restful services.

? Demonstrated ability with JavaScript libraries (jQuery, Angular), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

? Provide input into estimating engagement activities and execute engagements following the Agile methodology including SCRUM.

? Adobe or Java certification

? Excellent written and oral communications skills.
