岗位描述

1. 根据设计企划 , 全面处理由设计, 搜集布料物料至完成样板, 符合品牌风格需求;

2. 参与收集市场核心顾客群的潜在需求.

具体要求

1. 大专以上学历, 服装设计专业毕业；

2. 3年以上高级女装品牌设计工作经验, 熟悉国际时尚女装品牌的风格与流行趋势, 具备敏锐的市场触觉；

3. 熟悉服装设计开发过程, 服装工艺流程和工艺制作要求, 对服装版形有一定把握,可以与版师进行良好的沟通；

4. 熟悉了解服装面, 辅料知识与服装配饰；

5. 具有较高的服装绘图技巧, 能够熟练使用Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw等设计软件；

6. 责任心强, 团队意识, 沟通表达及组织协调能力较强。

Fashion Designer/ Senior Fashion Designer
Job Responsibilities:
Research for the latest fashion trend, theme, color, fabric & trim sourcing ;
Design for full collection of ladies high fashion with detail production drawings in sweater, woven and knit;
Follow up sample development, communicate with pattern maker in fit evaluation and alterations;
Transform from design concept into a marketable collection cater for our customer's needs

Experience/Qualification:
Diploma or above in Fashion Design or related discipline
Min. 3 year solid experience in ladies' fashion design ( sweater, woven and knit );
Strong senses in fashion, fabric properties and workmanship;
Self-motivated, responsible, mature and creative with marketing sense.
Hands-on experience in Freehand, Photoshop & Illustrator or other illustration skills are must.
Good command in both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication and presentation skills, can work under pressure and meet tight schedules;
