Responsibility:
- Lead a team of purchasing in driving new or improvement projects to meet project cost, timeline and quality requirements.
- Strengthen value management relationship with key sources.
- Establish good working relationship with other teams to create a strategic sourcing perspective to all key processes.
- support and in reasonable time frames(three 6 month) becomes main interface for IBD. special task will be to provide NTELLIGENCE from GPO prospective to this Division and manufacturing
- Price negotiations
- Supplier strategy and market share definition
- Organization of quarterly business reviews and coordination of all commerical / quality / technical inputs
- Supplier contracts Management
- RFQ administration.


Requirement:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant work experience in relevant fields; with the last 3 years in management position.
-In line with Management direction, be able to take responsibility to handle special tasks and leading group of people.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing in a manufacturing environment including managing cost saving projects and initiatives.
- Strong leadership in leading cross-functional and multi-cultural teams within Asia Pacific region.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
-Engineer background
-University graduate.
-Ambitious enough to be ready to accept harder responsibilities and willing to learn
-Good at both oral and written English.
