职位描述：
岗位要求： 1、全日制大专以上学历,金融、财会或相关专业；
2、有较好的外语水平（英语/日语/俄语）；
3、愿长期从事金融行业，服务意识强；
4、具备一定的电脑技能和计算能力；
5、具备高度敬业精神和团队合作能力，有较强的责任心和沟通能力；
6、能全身心投入到公司的培训体系中；
7、能适应轮班、夜班制工时,准时到岗；
8、形象良好，品德端正，身体健康,能按要求穿着公司制服；
9、有1-2年银行工作经验者优先。

岗位职责：
1、欢迎客户并为客户提供优质服务，尽力满足客户需求；
2、进行外币兑换及其他交易产品业务；
3、按照销售流程实现最大化销售；
4、管理柜面事宜，尽可能减少不必要支出；
5、为团队工作提供个人协作与支持；
6、实现个人绩效指标和团队指标。
Responsibility:
1 Welcome customers and take ownership for their needs
2 Sell foreign exchange and other products
3 Use the sales process and Follow the sales process in order to maximise sales
4 Manage till stocks and Fully investigate overs and shorts (differences), and report
5 Use every opportunity to upsell and cross sell
6 Adhere to promotional marketing activity
7Deliver excellent customer service
8Minimise waste and cost
9Deliver excellent customer service to Concessionaire/Retail partners
10Achieve individual and location KPIs / targets and Track personal and shop performance

Skills: 1、Competent PC user
2、Numerical ability
3、Comply with Company dress standards
4、Adhere to rostering, time and attendance
5、Participate fully in the training and coaching
6、Agree personal objectives and prepare for meetings with line manager
7、Met and / or exceed personal targets 8、Be Professional at all times .
