教育背景：
- 大学本科学历，机械工程或相关专业；
岗位要求：
- 十五年以上的研发部门项目管理/新电子产品设计、产前准备之管理经验及批量生产之前的各方面鉴定，内部各部门之间及外部供应商之间的沟通协调能力，机械和电子项目的跟踪和管理经验；
- 有太阳能光伏产品设计和项目管理经验优先；
- 熟练使用最新项目管理及工程软件优先；
- 工作认真负责，积极主动，能承受工作压力；
- 有团队精神，工作上能够独挡一面；
- 英文说写流利，熟练电脑操作。
Product Development & Project Manager
Education required:
- University graduate, major in mechanical engineering or equivalent
Experience needed:
- At least 15 years solid experience in R&D project management/new electronic products design/development, new products pre-production preparation, qualification for all aspects of full production, co-ordination of inter-departments as well as outside vendors, projects (mechanical and electronic) follow-up and management
- Solid experience in solar PV products design and projects management preferable
- Skillful in using latest project management and engineering software preferable
- Willing to take responsibility, work under pressure, be self-motivated & hard working
- Work independently & efficiently in team spirit
- Fluent written/spoken English is a must
