Conduct SQA team building on steady and to be more technical skill.

? Participate new supplier quality risk assessment.

? Monitor supplier quality performance to make early warning and improving previously.

? Lead supplier quality continuous improving with related function.

? Organize and carry out supplier audit plan.

? Implement supplier regular evaluation.

? Support LEM group SQA manager on task related to supplier quality matters.

? Lead SQE team and enhance supplier management 

Permanent activities

? Participate LCN potential supplier quality risk assessment and support global supplier development.

? Participate IPQ and MFU kick off.

? LCN new material/changes validation in Q2 step.

? Participate to compile group annual supplier audit plan (mass production and project) with different function.

? Conduct supplier audit according to planning.

? Lead LCN supplier quality continuous improvement.

? In charge of the suppliers development for Industry segment 

? Support and supervise the implementation of LCN supplier quality improvement process.

? Supplier SNCR (8D) management and improving

? Responsible for non-compliance material disposition, follow up and verify supplier's improvement action. 

? Conduct supplier quality evaluation regularly.

? In charge of the update and development of the skill matrix & development of the technical skills related to manufacturing processes (EMS, annealing, molding, plating and etc.)

? Supplier SPCN management.

? LCN SQA monthly report preparation & in charge of the monthly reports to the group SQM

? Contact window between LCN and group about SQA team.

? Complete other work assigned by department manager.

Competencies

1）Know-How (technical and methodological competencies) expected level for the position 

Minimum 8 years' supplier quality management and supplier audit experience.

ISO9000 internal auditor/ IATF16949 ISO/TS22163 audit experience is plus

Familiar with quality tools, PPAP, 8D…

Master measurement tools and equipment

Good oral and written English 

Minimum Bachelor degree level in Machinery, electronics, material or related engineering field.
