岗位职责:<BR><P>1.建立在灭菌领域的认知（湿度、环氧乙烷、灭菌处理）；<BR>2.通过对可交付灭菌相关成果的管理与执行进行产品开发的支持工作；<BR>3.负责维护客户公司在医疗护理行业的灭菌领导地位；<BR>4.努力用最小程度的引导及调度引领团队完成小规模项目或大规模项目已确定模块的计划与执行，包括构建详细精确的工程计划以及与研发、技术支持小组进行良好的合作交接；<BR>5.通过标准技术原理的调整与修改，对复杂性问题提出新方案。<BR>6.有能力对多个任务进行轻重缓急的处理，<BR>7.管理协调工程师或技术员的工作。<BR><BR>1.Establish recognition in Sterilization (Moist Heat, Ethylene Oxide, Radiation, Aseptic Processing);<BR>2.Support product development efforts through the management and execution of the sterilization related deliverables;<BR>3.Contribute to the maintenance of customer’s leadership position for sterilization within the healthcare industry；<BR>4.With minimal guidance, schedules and leads a team through the planning and execution of a smaller project or defined piece of a larger project. This includes constructing detailed, accurate project schedules, interfacing with development groups and technical support groups；<BR>5.Devises new approaches to complex problems through adaptations and modifications of standard technical principles；<BR>6.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks；<BR>7.May supervise/coordinate an engineer and/or technicians on assigned work.<BR></P>
<BR>任职资格:<BR><P>1.精通灭菌方面的知识（湿度、环氧乙烷、灭菌处理）；<BR>2.拥有相关实验技能、写作技巧、计算机技能、良好的团队合作精神。；<BR>3.精通相关产品及其开发过程；<BR>4.通过利用其他专业领域的科目加强自身理论与实际相结合的能力；<BR>5.能够在最少的帮助下通过书面和口头表达令管理者通过行动方案；<BR>6.有效管理并促进指导跨部门团队;<BR>7.能提供有效的反应企业经营目标及成本指标的解决方案;<BR>8.在适当的专业技术领域，对工程理念有深入理解；<BR>9.必须具备应用认知、培训及表现能力（项目管理、综合质量管理、统计方法、问题分析与决策、材料学、实验设计及软件开发）<BR>10.5-8年相关工作经验的本科理学士、2-4年相关工作经验的理科硕士或1-2年相关工作经验的博士。<BR><BR>1.Must possess knowledge of sterilization (Moist Heat, Ethylene Oxide, Radiation, Aseptic Processing) ；<BR>2.Relevant laboratory skills, writing skills, computer skills plus teamwork spirit；<BR>3.Proficient in relevant products or process development processes； <BR>4.Display a solid understanding of theories/practices utilized by other disciplines outside primary area of expertise；<BR>5.Ability to convince management on courses of action with minimal assistance using both written and verbal methods；<BR>6.Effectively operate in and may facilitate cross-functional teams with guidance；<BR>7.Must be able to provide solutions that reflect understanding business objectives and cost implications；<BR>8.Displays a strong understanding of engineering concepts in support of the appropriate areas of technical expertise；<BR>9.Must have a working knowledge or training and demonstrate proficiency (e.g. project management, total quality management, statistical methods, problem analysis and resolution, materials science, design of experiments, software development)；<BR>10.B.S. engineering and 5 - 8 years related experience, or M.S. engineering and 2- 4 years related experience, or Ph.D. 1 - 2 years experience.<BR></P>
