职位描述


  • communicate with sales, timely receiving sales orders and place the orders to corresponding suppliers, including but not limited to making single order, payment and receiving invoice, etc

  • Give technical support for products in exhibition hall to make sure that new stores can be opened smoothly

  • Work with OEM factory and other different suppliers, sign contracts according to requirements, then timely arrange retail orders and follow up their status

  • Ensure the order process comply with the rules and inform sales in strict accordance with the process implementation ( rules can be adjusted if special situations happen)

  • According to the order situation, choose appropriate logistics, arrange transport, ensure that the products delivered to customers on time

  • Coordinate and speculate the logistics delivery time, deal with emergencies in the process of delivery, try to make sure different products can reach the factory on the same day

  • communicate with NPD department to find a suitable products according to requirements to meet the needs of product development, in the new product development process ,negotiate with internal related department to prepare the material needed by product development, such as product gb test

  • According to after-sales feedback of goods sold, communicate with suppliers, try to find problems of the products, negotiate solutions to deal with after-sales problem in time and summarize the feedback.

  • 负责跟销售沟通,及时接收销售订单并下单至对应供应商,包括但不限于工程订单打样、下单、付款、发票回收等工作

  • 给予销售新开门店的产品生产支持,确保新开门店按计划正常开业

  • 跟橱柜OEM工厂及不同供应商对接,能够按照要求签订合同,及时安排零售订单并跟踪订单状况

  • 确保下单流程合规,并告知销售严格按照流程执行(特殊情况可灵活调整)

  • 根据订单情况,选择合适的物流,安排用车,确保将产品准时送达客户手中

  • 协调并推测物流送达时间,处理物流送货过程中的突发状况,尽量确保产品能在同一天到达工厂

  • 负责与产品开发部进行技术对接,按照要求寻找适合的商品满足产品开发的需求,与公司内部相关部门确认新产品开发过程中需要准备的资料,如产品国标测试等

  • 根据售后反馈的商品问题与供应商进行沟通,发现问题症结所在,协商解决方案,及时处理完成售后问题并对其进行总结反馈。




  • Candidate who can speak japanese is preferred

  • Bachelor degree or above, graduate from a famous university is preferred;

  • 3+ years or above experience in sales operations area for a multinational consumer;

  • Ability to create presentations that logically walk senior management through insights and drive to suggested actions;

  • Solid business acumen (revenue, market share) and an ability to team with diverse group of people to deliver value to the company;

  • Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with customers and employees;

  • Fluency (written and oral) in English is required;

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office is required, as individual will work with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint regularly, familiarity knowledge of SAP.

  • 流利的英语(书面和口头)
