Job Description:
1. University degree major in international trade or business administration is required;
2. Careful, responsible and patient in work; good team work spirit.
Daily handling work as follows:
3. Purchase activity with vendors like PO release, PI follow up & shipment date;
4. Shipment schedule release for mobile & components on daily basis;
5. Verification of shipment documents as per format;
6. Provide forward details & destination to vendor;
7. Spare parts ordering & shipment tracking;
8. Account reconciliation with vendors for PO, LC and shipment.
