Job description:

    

    

1. Build long term sustainable relationships with key customers, understand customer decision making processes and internal stakeholder relationships

    

2. To drive sales continuous growth from key account via proving existing solution or developing new solution (cooperate with internal solution team)

    

3. Develop a good understanding on industry social CRM/Digital trend to be able to provide added value consulting to key clients

    

4. Monitor closely competitive situation in the market and participate in internal innovation

    

5. Work with internal solution teams to manage some key projects

    

    

Job requirement:

    

1. Bachelor degree or above;

    

2. At least 5 years’ experience in marketing/consulting/professional service related, social CRM /digital marketing is plus;

    

3. Good logic thinking and data sense. Highly organized and coordinate ability, able to manage time and prioritize tasks for internal and client management;

    

4. Good communication skill and coordination

    

5. Excellent in English written and speaking skill.
