Responsibility:
-Coordinate all administrative tasks (e.g. organize/schedule meetings and conferences, maintaining calendars, create and modify digital documents). This also includes maintaining our digital and paper filing system.
- Maintain, analyze the employee attendance records.
- Organize, coordinate and assist the departmental activities.
- Extended knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
- Ability to correspond in English.
- Assist our buyers by placing orders for production material as well as independently ordering supplies for daily use.
- Assist with inventories and check the accuracy of the efficiency data.

Requirement:
- Typically 2-3 years of successful experience, as team assistance.
- International orientation is essential, experience with international employers, capabilities to
- Operate in foreign cultures (e.g. Germany) preferred
