• Perform market research and generate insightful analysis on our end-markets, competitors, suppliers, and products for HBN senior management and global product managers.
• Co-ordinates with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams to get the monthly reports in time and analyze the reports to highlight Business performance by using tabular, statistical and graphical analysis
• Based upon requirement from HBN product creation and marketing leadership, prepare proposals, reports and presentations for various business and operating reviews.
• Create compelling presentations for senior management on key strategic issues and support generation of presentation material for outside audience such as analysts, trade shows and professional conferences.
• Analyze financial reports, trade journals, professional magazines and other competitive intelligence under the guidance of HBN marketing operation teams.
• Build business/industry case identifying key drivers of growth, strategic analysis, identification of potential targets and develop an action plan to support senior management.
• Anchor reviews and planning meetings on behalf of VP of HBN Product Creation and Marketing
• Support HBN LoB Leadership and commercial leaders on other key initiatives and programs

• Degree in Engineering or Finance from a premier university. MBA degree is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience from MNC. Experience from fast-growing startup companies and/or Chinese private companies is a plus.
• Overseas study and/or working experience is a plus.
• Candidate must possess strong analytical, financial and strategic thinking skills, being able to perform independent research & analysis on internal and publicly available sources with minimum level of supervision.
• Candidate must have proficient skills in Excel and PowerPoint, being able to create business presentations targeting to executive level leaders and customers.
• The candidate should have a strong finance acumen and good understanding of P&L.
• Position requires daily communication with stakeholders across globe (mostly in US and Europe). Proficient English communication skills is a must. Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidate needs to be able to perform in a fast-paced working environment.
• Understanding of IT, Data Center, Software or Consumer Electronics industries is a plus.
• Understanding of OEM/ODM contract manufacturing is a plus.
• Travel, domestically and internationally, less than 25%.
