职位描述
Responsibilities:
Primary (70%):
Total ownership to formulate & execute North China Distribution Channel Strategy to support identified business growth engines with special attention on long tail customers as well as emerging segments to deliver sustainable revenue growth & ensure share gain of vol, revenue & profit;
Overall management of North China Distribution (performance, support, and rationalization);
Align, standardize and support all OVT’s channel businesses operating in North China through:
o Distribution score card process;
o Distributor Customer/Project Registration Program;
o Monthly Opportunities Review & Distribution FAE qualification programs;
o Customer coverage and support model;
o Remote Office and New market Segment Develop.
Secondary (30%):
1. Distributor Booking/Billing/Backlog Management;
2. Reference Design engage with Platform.
Required Qualification:
1. The successful candidate will develop relationships easily while instilling confidence in others as a leader;
2. Strong listening skills with the appetite of a learner;
3. Willing to take unpopular positions but to do so in a diplomatic way;
4. Strong developer of people. Someone who raises the engagement level of his / her team and can generate excitement / passion around achieving business goals;
5. Ability to influence without direct authority;
6. Willingness to learn from others and to adjust his / her personal style when appropriate to the situation;
7. High energy sales executive with a track record of driving growth and market share;
8. Strong strategic thinking as well as a strong results-orientation and execution characteristics;
9. Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership; channel management experience a plus;
10. Excellent relationship management, strong team building, and the ability to work across business units and functions within complex organizations;
11. Strong, demonstrated ability to work seamlessly across organizations and cultures, acknowledging differences and using them as strategic advantages;
12.Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field, MBA preferred.
