• 按照公司的质量管理流程开展质量控制活动
• 协助项目团队，按照产品设计规格及质量标准，对新产品的样品进行检验，跟踪问题点的改进措施，确保发布产品的质量达到标准
• 根据打样进行小批量检验
• 对供应商的生产和测试过程进行检查和控制，确保生产安装严格遵照工程图纸和工艺标准
• 监督供应商执行来料检验、首件检验、过程检验、最终检验，提交检查报告并跟踪发现的不符合项直至检验关闭
• 执行骊住验货检查，不合格品控制、按照公司要求及格式填写详细的检验报告并存档
• 每月对供应商新产品质量及交货质量状况进行汇总分析
• 定期检查仓库、交接、储存情况，确保正常
• 若在供应商生产和测试中发现重大问题，要及时提交事故报告，跟踪供应商分析改善。
• 对生产和供应商审核提供质量支持
• 配合控制生产实际执行情况
• 追踪生产软硬件配置情况，执行工厂级别人员配置管理审核
• 紧跟相关的科技发展

Requirements:

• 相关专业本科及以上学历（机电 机械 理工科 建筑等）
•  5年左右质量管理经验，有相关橱柜行业方面经验优先考虑
• 熟悉并能运用基本的软件操作工具，如word、excel、PPT等
• 良好的沟通和现场管理协调能力
• 注重团队协作，坚持质量原则
• 丰富的质量控制工作经验和扎实的QC技能，会运用QC 7大工具， 8D报告等
• 了解橱柜生产工艺标准，有工厂实践经验
• 具备发现、调查和解决问题能l力
• 会日文者优先
