1.Review testing reports to confirm product compliance with regulatory, safety and quality requirements as outlined in Product Testing Protocols.

2.Work with company headquarter and 3rd party laboratories on new regulations or new company requirements.

3.Clear and concise communication with merchandisers / vendors about specification, construction, quality issues (failed reports, test protocol applications, etc.) during development and production.

4.Follow-up corrective and preventive action plans on regulatory compliance failures & production enhancement plan.

5.The product development projects from a technical perspective, with competence in construction, material, production, quality and customer expectations

6.The process of product development at the vendor from a technical point of view and production readiness.

7.The product documentation is created and ensure it will meet the products requirements and customer expectations for the new products as well as existing products with any improvement as needed.

8.Clear communication to production engineers or Quality Assurance and vendors to secure the preconditions needed to start up the productions and assign the necessary approvals.

Basic Skills required:

- Electrical appliances and household ware product testing or analyst experience in third party testing laboratories, testing lab in manufacturing company or buying office.

- Strong knowledge in regulatory and safety standards in electrical appliances and household products for the USA, Australia, UK and EU markets is necessary. Experience in relevant standards for other international markets a plus.

- Understand manufacturing processes, testing processes, and ability to provide technical advice on product testing non-conformances.

- Effective communication and report writing skills
