Principal Mission: 

-  Ensure Gross Margin Targets of the site’s ** Projects portfolio in compliance with objectives.

 - Support cost saving plan implementation

 

 Role & Responsibilities include but not limited to:

-Manage performance of **/** Projects portfolio on his/her Site

·Ensure all project objectives are reached (Quality, Cost, Profitability, Delivery, Timing)

·Report/alert to the Region / Product  line all Projects’ critical issues (Red ARGP status) and set up recovery plan

·Support all Phases 0 activities along with sales and guarantee the costing

·Guarantee resource needs are analyzed and well balanced to be in line with current needs

·Challenge cost datas from all functions

·Contribute to phase 0 with BOM/cost management

-Manage hierarchically and operationally the Project Managers for his/her Site

·Manage hierarchically **/** Program Managers

·When needed get delegation about Project Management Committees (given by Region / Product line)

·Ensure recruitment, appraisal and coaching of Project Managers network

·Manage Project Team resources ensuring its optimization with Projects’ needs

-Promote Company’s Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) within the Project community of his/her site and control their application during project launches and life

·Guarantee respect of Company’s code of ethics

·Guarantee respect of health, safety and environment charts and requirements

· Verify that standards coming from P2’s are usable for **, control non standards product/process deviation application

·Ensure all developments follow up CIP rules, PM Handbook and specific requirements (customer,…) for the Project

·Ensure the respect and implementation of all Company’s Methodology supplied by Product Groups

·Apply Projects methodology/tools which are specific to Product Group

Requirements:

- Engineering degree and knowledge of Product Group (product/process standards)

- Management skills with functional and/or hierarchical organization

- Company’s development  methodology or similar (able to train)

- Financial skills about product cost structure, pay back, …

- Fluent English and Mandarin
